How to Set Up a Secret Undersea Military Base
The US Navy has a small scale version of a underwater military operation right here in the good old US of A. It's called the United States Navy Acoustic Research Detachment or ARD. The base is located in Lake Pend Orielle in Bayview, Idaho. They are building and testing unmanned scaled down submarines.
