Is There a High Side to That?

At my worst, I couldn't even think about the next thing being less painful. It was like, get out of this situation in any way you can,. You know, not to feel this pain. So risk gets amplified in a negative way. There's a high side to that, which I'd like to hear about as well is in what ways do you produce change that's really good?
