You don't do any kind of revenue sharing or referral fees with who you're sending the business out to no nothing at all. So i really put the interviewing on them so that they can find a good personality fit and in fact if they want to stay with their own advisor i'm perfectly happy to work with their existing advisor as well. We've heard that a portion of the commission goes to the company um because i've got an assistant and i've got all these other experts like cross-border tax expert, corporate accountant we've now got estate services.
