Taking Charge of the Direction That Your Life Goes In
For a very long time, I considered myself to be somebody that had low mood. Taking charge of convincing myself that I'm in control of the direction my life goes in was probably the most important thingI did. Every little step that I took toward doing something that made me happier created a foundation upon which I could be happier. It reinforced the belief that I don't need to live it by default. I can live it by design. And that becomes a self perpetuating cycle that makes you better and better because you have more selfbelief.
