The US Regulator Mission Statement for Digital Assets
Was this a failure, it just in your opinion of some type of jurisdictional thing that Sam Bacon-Fried was doing? Like this could have never happened if he was registered in the States, maybe. But I do think regulators with digital assets are having to kind of come back to Jesus and answer the question: How are we going to handle regulatory needs on a global level as opposed to in our local things? And the US has regulated the US and we have the strongest markets as a result of some of that regulation and trustworthiness.
