If we had a housing bubble in terms of massive, you would have already seen the supply spike like we saw in 2005 to 2006 and 2007. We've never been here before and not with this many people needing shelter. Days on market getting the 30 days can get us there, right? So we're working our way back up to some of a better marketplace.
