i looked at it as an opportunity to sit with the feeling of being uncomfortable. So i couldn't control whatwas going on, but i could control how i responded to it. And that's a big difference. It was also, for me, i was like, i already knew i valued having people around me. That was where the co working space came in and then i also joined what's clled the five 30 club. The point is, from a young age, a lot of troma or lot of issues developed. Then we do this process and empower you use to do called hands on as a forty five minute visualization. We get back in time.
