The Belt That Maureen Brainard Barnes Was Restrained By
Maureen Brainard Barnes had been found restrained by three leather belts, one of which was utilized to tie her feet and ankles together. She is the earliest victim associated with the four he suspected of being involved with. We know that later on he used tape. So I think maybe he realized that the belts were a bad idea. And this was his first one right of the four that we know.
