The Battle of Boudica

Tacitus' account of the battle between Boudica and Soutonius Paulinus has been reinterpreted. A local archaeologist called Rosalyn Niblet initially suggested it about 20 years ago that it was at an actual battle site. That is now effectively confirmed by Roman military archaeologists. The charges are disaster, they're felled en masse by javelins, by slingshots, by arrows,. absolute carnage and then the Romans punch forward.
