Even the more flimsy hospital masks cut transmission rates, but like 50%. It's not perfect. And if you are immunocompromised and you really can get COVID even once, that puts you in a tough situation. I don't think getting COVID six times a year has been a common experience for anyone. A lot of folks probably have gotten it more and don't know because they had it asymptomatically. Yet Sarandan has so far and some people's eyes gotten off, relatively scot free.
