I'm curious with some of those conversations you 're having with journalists that are considering leaving, if what effect it's having on, like, the negotiations they have with their employer. My kind of, like theoretical prediction, whatever, would be that a salaris or going to have to raise, right? Cause if you're like, hay, look, i think i could do pretty well with my substack i'm in need o bigger raise this time around,. A lot of meaty companis are going to find out ways to carve out more incentive base payment or profit share type thing. I just think like there's about to be a total recalebration of what a media company
