Food writing career brought me to america's tess kitchen in 20 20. I don't write as much these days. I'm more ofa business and strategy guy now. One day thinking about how people enjoyed watching and learning from yu tube cooking shows, and then a crazy idea hit me. What if we made a chinese cooking show on yu tube together? If there was any deeper emotional reason behind this idea, well, then i buried it deeper than the bleached hair blow up.
