When I first started doing this work, I would give teams a choice. And I found that skipping that internal document and just going straight to the sales deck actually worked the best. The homepage is also great because you have more volume, but the sales deck, what's better is that the outcome is more tangible. Yeah. Upskill within is what I see as the buyer mission statement. Well, what is the mission we're setting out for the people who we want to join that movement? Like, what does that look like?
