Any effective marketing channel is going to require some kind of call to action. So assuming your web sight is not confusion, confusing, how can law firms build webs slaces with better calls to action? I'd say the first thing to consider is what your potential client is most likely to do. Are they more like pick up the phone people the emil or do they want to engage in chat? If you're doing something and it works, that's great. Do more of that. And if it doesn't work, just stop doing that and try something new. Right?
