podman was able to easily plug into h use of the name space world. Almost everything you can do as a rootful docker or pod man, you can do in rootless mode. We also have podman generate system d, so we can easily cate system d unit files based off your container images. It became very evident that our users really needed something that simulated a dockor socket. And what i've always felt about darker is, if i just want to run a simple container in my home directory, that i have to run all this infa structure in order to run the contain.
