Gerald Cook avoided tri-state crematory for 12 months. In October 2001 he saw the address back on his delivery route. He was freaked out, but assumed that Sheriff Wilson had dealt with the manner. While waiting for the tank to fill Cook noticed a green John Deere backhoe. About 20 feet away there was a body lay out in an open pile of debris. Unbelievably Cook was reliving his nightmare of a year before.
