EMG Changes

Some interesting studies that came out of having elite athletes on treadmills not running but listening to the sound of incremental speed of a treadmill. Some good studies that our colleague Dave Smith on this paper has led link to EMG changes that challenging to support in some cases because you can't be absolutely sure that you haven't got some physical activity.
