Are You a Chief of Staff Roll?

The line between personal and business is a sort of blurry, i guess. A chief of staff gets access to everything that you are doing. The goal is to eventually make them an extension of yourself. It's not a person that you just delegate things to do admin tasks for me so that i can do these other things.
