What Is Going on in the Justice Department?
There is going to be a very internal high bar that the justice department is going to make sure it meets before it executes a search warrant in this fashion. The national archives went and retrieved 15 boxes of documents way back in february. And so there ap to have been ongoing dialogue about things that the national archives is saying are missing, even in those 15 box of documents. Given that there is just nothing, nothing further coming their way, they felt they had no choice but to execute a search warrant.
