The Dijkstra camera motion system basically made it possible for them to even make Star Wars, because without that camera rig, they wouldn't have made any of the ILM shots back in that first movie. George got a lot of flack for the prequels and I think that carried through over the years. Every single movie that he's done in the franchise so far, under his name at least, has pulled off something that people have seen as a spectacle. So whether he writes bad dialogue or not, I don't even want to bring that up through the rest of this conversation.
