Tati popularised stamp. He would watch the ucup comments through the ucub api, look for things that looked like questions and then pull those out in a cue. If ever there was no comments for a certain period of time, he would pipe up and say: "Hey, someone asked this question on youtube" Tati says it's serving two purposes - to provide regular alignment or safety related topics which people can talk about before writing their own reply.
