The Flat Tax, Is It Still Fair?

I made magine a world with no cap gains, just salaries. The idea would be that the amount of taxes you pay is directly related to how wealthy you are and how many tax brackets you have. I've literally never heard anyone argue for tat everybody' give lates like frat des. So ido, i haven't had that discussion. But the idea that they shouldn't have marginal increases in tax rates still, philosophically, you're saying, the higher your income, the more you should contribute to the government.
