How to Plan a Book Project

A lot of people, they think of writing a book as this big huge intimidating thing. What I mean is the way that you approach any large scale project is by breaking it down into lots and lots of smaller projects. You're doing little incremental steps along the way. And if you plan those well, you have this great sense of progress through the whole project which keeps you motivated to keep going.
