The Process of Accepting This Has Been Really Helpful for Me
It looked like wishing that it were different or thinking that maybe if I, if only I could do X, Y or Z, maybe he would treat me differently. Maybe I'm not doing enough. It looked like sometimes feeling some envy about people who did have, you know, dads that they had good relationships with. And so the process of accepting this has been really helpful for me to move forward in my life.
