The next time I hear a slippery slope argument, should I assume there is some deceit tucked in there? And I almost wish you wouldn't because I think that once you impute bad faith, it's really hard to have a genuine policy conversation. The Supreme Court simply says, we don't care that the rules about unions are 50 years old, they're gone. It becomes just really easy to assume everything is about power and pretext.
