The US Rowing Board of Directors Did Not Vote on the Updated Policy

The US rowing board of directors did not actually vote on this updated policy. They stated that because there were no significant changes to the update to the original policy that a formal vote was not needed. I believe that there are fundamental changes that were made to the policy. And I believe that the board did not vote on it because they're trying to avoid individuals having to put their names onto whether they are blatantly discriminating against females in the sport of rowing or not. This is a failure of leadership.
