"I have no clue training in psychedelics whatsoever. What advice would you give me if I had a client who is coming in and telling me like, you know, this is something I want to do?" "Don't shut down the conversation altogether. Just because it might make you might feel like an uncertain ground as a clinician," she says. 'You can go over kind of the very basic safety components,' he adds. "'What happens if you don't get the relief from your depression or anxiety with this experience that you're looking for what would that mean to you' And so on.'"
