As a doctor, you want to provide relief and help people in need. Sometimes doing so in the way that the requesting makes things worse. It's exploring all kind of detailed character questions about the pain condition while simultaneously going a litleb deeper into social circumstances. Some patients may say, doc, i just wants to be able to stand in church and sing the hymns. Others may say, i just want to go out with my grandkids and take em for walks.
