How to Set a Watch Face on Your Apple Watch?

i've been testing this thing where it automaticaly sets a watch rayce. I think maybe i need dod noto re boot on my watch. Maybe it's just a thing where i need to reboot my watch. But i've been trying for a few days, and it hasn't been working. The other thing that trippd me up is if you have two apple watches and you've only up dated one of them. Aht then, ah, if you have the wrong apple watch connected to your phone at that point in time when you're selecting the watch face, and the entire thing just doesn't work.
