How to Manage Hype and Social Media

I know one area that you've had to become more of an expert on over the years is this overload of hype and social media. So can you give us your best practices for managing the hype that surrounds players nowadays? I think it's part of the world we live in, right? But a number next to your name isn't going to impact the quality of your life. We are not chasing a number as a program. If a kid is late and misses the bus, they're not starting. And if that impacts the outcome of the game, shame on us for not having the other group ready to go.
