I love how you parlay these into some great tips on public speaking in the book. It reminded me of an older book that I read so he called Lions Don't Need to Roar. You can feel your heartbeat thousand miles an hour, but it actually makes you feel stronger if you just go one, two, three with your body facing directly toward them and get everybody's attention at a time. She also talked about, by the way, non influential people do the exact opposite. They're already talking while they're still moving. And then immediately you convey this idea that you have no influence.
