"i'm going to create new york city's first farm to table alternative peats of concept," she says. "I've never hired a person in my entire life, like i i need to get the bookkeeping and all this legilic money ... And i just didn't even lik, how car could it be? I mean, like, you know, i ate the whole humble piza, put it that way." For seven years,  she ran her restaurants by herself with no help from anyone but herself. She now runs an organic restaurant called Organic Table Papes on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
