The History of Ukraine During the Cold War
ukraine was a signatory to the original u.N. Treaty, united nations treaty. It remained until 19 91, when the soviet union broke up. After stalin's death, and kusto was in a strong position, he denounced stalin. He thought he'd thank all his mates in ukraine by giving them the crimea.
