We're in the same office space. The most important thing for any leader that worth their pay is they want to have a sense of agency. I honestly try to be as little as possible in their way and give them as much freedom as possible. We don't create, if I don't like someone, we don't buy everybody else. But in some other cases, you will have an opinion, nobody else will talk and you want to make sure that you're a challenge.
