The Supreme Court's First Amendment Decision on Nixon v. Fitzgerald

The case involves two key issues. One is whether the president, under nixon versus fitzgerald, enjoys absolute immunity for his actions on january sixth. The second is whether public remarks reach a level of incitement that he can be sued for them. In both cases, the court recognized that these issues are, you know, hard ones,. especially the immunity issue is a hard one. And my guess ultimately will be that that this lawsuit will not succeed against trump - but we'll have to see.
