'Sail Road'

Kiborg has been zoned in on that horrific vision of the future and he's been using his hand axe to carve no fate with the trailer. The dirt road inclines and eventually meets up with some wooden stairs at the top of the hill. You climb the stairs up to a bustling roof platform with a sign that reads Spurline's sail road southwest platform. Rail tracks run along the center dividing a platform in half. Along the tracks are sailboat like wagons being boarded, each with a mast and a sail. Across the way on the other side of the tracks is a halfling holding a pocket sundive.
