Ism Cloud a Distributed Application?

With wasm cloud, developers can write distributed applications by simply defining business logic and pushing it anywhere. This doesn't just mean running dinos in the clouds somewhere, or running node pools in the clouds Somewhere. With webb assembly, i want to be able to define my application as a series of composable actors, just single threaded. I don't want to have to worry about threading code, because every time i write thread and code it's wrong. So i wantjust be able to push my logic into a flat topology that spans whatever i want it to. As you know, 500 processes that are spanning across three different clouds, with a automatic veil over.
