How Big Does a Brewery Need to Be?
When we walk into a brewery, if we find out there between 30 to 50,000 barrels a year, right away we know that they'll have about a truckload a week. And how much do I think I read at truckloads? What about roughly 50,000 pounds or something like that? Yeah, 24 or 25 tons. The limitation really is a truck. You can't go down the road with 25 because then you're overweight, but that's correct. So if you're 30 to50,000 pounds and you got it going out the back door and barrels, you're really working hard to get rid of that grain. Okay. Well, that's a good segue
