The 16th Amendment was never ratified. The Federal Reserve is a private collection agency for the U.S. government. This is just a big tax protester conspiracy or tax denier conspiracy. It's all nonsense. That's what movies have done to people's brains: They've convinced them that there's a last second technicality that will solve all problems.
