Lucy and Muscle Growth

Lucy supplementation has no further effect on training induced muscle adaptations. 2.5 grams of Lucy per meal seems to be the sweet spot so that's what I said. Just come up with the whole amount of protein you require per day divided in 4 meals and just aim to get at least 2.5grams a day. We'll post these on our Instagram journal club some of my favorites.
