Are You a Caretaker of the Family?

A number of people are afraid to change, because they feel like duty bound caretakers of the family who is employed. And if the company is bought by some outsider, it puts some of those family members who may not be performing up to the level that an object of professional ceo would have. So i'd be curious how, if how, any of that is present with him, how he's going to manage it.
