How to Be a Better Pastor
As a pastor, try to imagine what are some of these things that I actually could hand off to somebody in the church if they'd be willing to do it. When you stand up and publicly share with people what's going on, use that as a time to say, "This is just not something I can prioritize" And prepare for criticism around that because there's going to be like 'what we pay you for' Brian: You may need to try to lovingly and carefully instruct your congregation as to what a pastor is and what a pastor does.
