i want you to close your eyes and make a nine square grid like that. fill those squares with things that make you feel good, either people that love you and you love them or times in the past that ou succeeded. Figure out how it is that it's going to help you overcome this problem. Think about this problem differently, and be resourceful and creative in the way live your life. i think that even if we can't see people in person, if we just make contact with them through things like this, through video link, it helps for our mental health immensely.
