What's the Difference?

GPT-4 has been trained on historical data. It's clearly going out to web sources and then passing what it's found in on live web pages so whereas previously if you were just talking with the open AI API it's using historical data. But of course it has the weakness of is the web page source correct in first place as as we find it out.
