Elizabeth LaRose: Mike Wakefield was appointed mayor of Centrittan, Arkansas. She says he got busted for vandalism and took a plea deal before resigning. The town council responded by barring him from entering the building except during business hours. "He's just like, oh, I saw the sites and Bethlehem in my own eyes," she says.
