Solution Generation Is Fun

Design thinking is a way of looking at problems and coming up with solutions that just aren't arrived at through usual problem solving or decision making processes. The first two stages, state in structure, before you get into the solution generation phase. Designd thinking says, first off, let's find out who are the uman beings, the people that are actually experiencing this problem. Let's observe them, let's immerse ourselves in their experience,. then start to develop an understanding of the causes of the problem from their perspective.
