The Importance of Feedback in Conflicts

I read a coaching book this week about coaching and leadership. And that's exactly what it, there were several points where I talked about that. If you have a conflict with somebody, usually there's a third thing involved. You're not confronting the person. You're talking about the project. It also doesn't put that person on the defensive because you're all on the same team trying to make the project better. That is definitely a feedback framework that I follow as well.
