Friday was Estonia's 105th Independence Day. Estonian ambassador invited journalists and diplomats down to the Serpentine. Swam in sub-zero waters with a mobile sauna, which was very good of them. But it was only plus two outside the water and parks authorities still haven't managed to heat the lake.
