The tweet suggests that even in the event of Silvergate going under and that loan being fire sailed to some other buyer. That's what it sounds like is how it's structured. It would be way off market for there to be some acceleration clause associated with the financial health of the lender. But I've never seen in my career a covenants that has anything to do with the financial solvency of the borrower.
