Lynn Keasling is an economist focusing on regulation, market design and the economics of digitization and smart grid technologies in the electricity industry. She served as a member of the National Institute of Standards and Technologies Smart Grid Advisory Committee. Her academic background includes a BS in economics from Miami University of Ohio and a PhD in economics from Northwestern University.
